System Description

The Acrow Flex Deck system consists of the following key components:

P20 Beam: The P20 timber beam is suited for horizontal (slabs) and vertical (wall) formwork, bridge and tunnel formwork and for construction of working platforms. The P20 timber beam is compliant to EN13377:2002.
Fork Head: The Fork Head fix’s to the end of the prop to hold the P20 beam captive. The Fork Head can be rotated to suit a single or double P20 Beam.
Brace Framing: Brace frames are used to stabilize the whole structure and to offset the horizontal forces during the construction of the deck. Compatible with different prop diameters from 48.3mm mm up to 89mm.
Props and Tripod: Acrow Deck can be propped using a variety of standard European steel or Aluminium props. The most common prop is a Steel EP prop or Aluminium Alu-prop.
